Requirements:

  • University Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales
  • Team player who can also work independently and has a strong focus on getting things done
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment (agile is a way of life on our market, not just a necessity)
  • Deal closer with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency market and ICO process is a plus, but no worries, we will teach you
  • Experience in Fintech, Crypto, DeFi very desirable
  • Self-driven and hands-on, comfortable with working at different levels
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Ability to achieve key performance metrics and goals
  • Charismatic and energetic personality

Job description:

  • Market and sell the entire range of Blockchain, ICO, ST & NFT related products & service that we offer
  • Interact with prospects to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Turn prospects into the customers
  • Achieve sales quota to achieve on-target earnings
  • Work within our leads/sales management process; eg.
    • Record all daily activities and client communications into our CRM system
    • Report to team leader and directors on daily/weekly/monthly progress
  • Full time, no freelance, please.

  • Interact with prospects to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Achieve sales quota to achieve on-target earnings
  • The input of all daily activities and client communications into CRM
  • Reporting to team leader and directors on daily/weekly/monthly progress
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization (management & Vendor), sharing customer pain points and discussing new product ideas, communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and gaining alignment as well as unblocking progress.
  • Prepare meetings for the founders in accordance with requirements.
  • Managed client relationships!

We are actively hiring skilled Smart Contract Developers of all levels for permanent positions with companies in the crypto/blockchain space. We offer competitive compensation and exciting team environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and build a smart contracts architecture, incentives structure, yield pools and strategies
  • Design, implement and test smart contract upgrades and additions
  • Work with the community and smart contract auditors to implement fixes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full stack web development (APIs, client-facing apps)
  • Strong with JavaScript, NodeJS and Solidity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast very paced work environment
  • Strong interest or experience in the cryptocurrency, decentralized finance space
  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science preferred
